- All prices include consumption tax. Our hotel does not charge a service fee.
- Can you tell me about the child rates?

Children in elementary school and above will be treated the same as adults.
Children under elementary school age stay free of charge if sharing existing beds. Breakfast is also free.
*Each room has a maximum number of guests. Please contact the hotel regarding the maximum number of guests allowed in each room.
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- Yes, it is possible. If you check in before, we can only keep it from the day before. If you check out after, we can only keep it on the day of check-out.
- Can I store refrigerated or frozen items?
- We cannot accept refrigerated or frozen items.
- Are there extra beds available?
- Available in some rooms (charges apply).
- Do you have a crib?
- Yes, we do have them available. Please let us know in advance as numbers are limited.

- Yes, it is possible, but we will only be able to store your luggage for a maximum of one month from the date of receipt.

The hot spring baths are located on the 12th floor. Please come to the 6th floor from any floor and take the hot spring bath elevator to the 12th floor.

If you do not show up without contacting us: 100% of the accommodation fee
