2026.05.13[Important] Annual Power Outage Notice: July 14, 2026 (Tuesday)

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your continued patronage of Villa Fontaine Tokyo Shinjuku.
The mandatory annual inspection of electrical equipment will be conducted on the following dates and times.

Date: Tuesday, July 14, 2026
Time: Scheduled from 11:00 to 15:00

Location: Villa Fontaine Tokyo Shinjuku


Please note the following points regarding the implementation of the statutory annual power outage.


1. You will not be able to stay inside the building during the inspection.

2. All electrical equipment, including televisions, refrigerators, and personal computers, is unavailable for use. In particular, electronic devices such as personal computers are not permitted.
Please turn off the power.

3. The elevators inside the building will also be stopped.

4. Please note that we do not offer extensions of your stay or early check-in on the day of arrival.

5. On Tuesday, July 14th, check-in will be after 3 PM and check-out will be by 11 AM.

6. Water supply and hot water facilities in the building and guest rooms are unavailable.

7. We cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

*The event may be postponed due to rain.
If postponed, the event is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 28th.
