About reservations

I was given a different price every time I inquired.

Our hotel operates a variable rate system, and the price we can offer you will vary depending on the availability of rooms at the time of your inquiry.

Do the prices displayed in hotel reservations include consumption tax and service charges?

All prices include consumption tax. Our hotel does not charge a service fee.

  • *At Village Izukogen, a separate bathing tax of 300 yen will be charged per adult.
  • *At Village Atami, a separate bathing tax of 150 yen per adult will be charged.
  • * Elementary school students and younger are exempt from tax
Please tell me about children's fares.

Children of elementary school age and above are treated the same as adults. Children under elementary school age stay free of charge if sharing an existing bed. Breakfast is also free *.

  • *Breakfast boxes are not included.
  • *Breakfast at Villa Fontaine Grand Osaka Umeda and inumo shibakoen is subject to an additional charge. Please contact us by phone for details.
  • *Child rates at Village Izu Kogen are as follows: 0-2 years old: Free, 3-6 years old: 1,200 yen for breakfast, 3,400 yen for dinner, elementary school students: 1,680 yen for breakfast, 4,760 yen for dinner.
  • *At Village Atami, children's rates are free for ages 0-6, and 1,500 yen for breakfast and 4,200 yen for dinner for elementary school students.
  • *Prices include tax.

Check-in and check-out

Can I check in early or extend my check-out time?

Normally, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in (from 12:00) and late check-out (until 14:00) are available for an additional fee.

About accommodation

Are there extra beds available?

Available for a fee in some rooms at Tokyo Ariake, Haneda Airport, Tokyo Shiodome, Tokyo Roppongi, and Osaka Umeda.

Do you have a crib?

Available at Tokyo Ariake, Haneda Airport, Tokyo Shiodome, and Village Izukogen. As numbers are limited, please contact the hotel in advance.

  • *Village Izukogen only has a kids' room.
Is room service available?

Available only at Premier Haneda Airport.

I use a wheelchair. Are there any rooms that are wheelchair accessible?

We have 4 rooms available in Tamachi, Tokyo, 2 rooms at Grand Haneda Airport, and 1 room each at Ariake, Tokyo; Umeda, Osaka; Kobe Sannomiya; Village Kyoto; Village Atami; and inumo shibakoen. Other properties also have spacious rooms with fewer steps, so please inquire in advance.

Can I invite a friend into my room?

Please refrain from meeting visitors in your room. Please use the lobby.

Should I leave my key at the front desk when I go out during my stay?

You may keep it during your stay and return it when you check out.

Can I use the internet in the room?

Free Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) internet service is available in the lobby and guest rooms.
Wired LAN is also available in the guest rooms.

  • *Only free Wi-Fi is available at Tokyo Hibiya and Village Atami.
Can I send luggage from the hotel?

Yes, we do. We handle Yamato Transport's courier service *. (Domestic shipping only. We cannot send items overseas.) Please inquire at the front desk if you require this service. We also sell cardboard boxes.

  • *Some hotels also handle Japan Post.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will keep it at the front desk.
Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake, Tokyo Roppongi, and Tokyo Hibiya provide self-service lockers exclusively for guests.

  • * After check-out, we will only accept luggage for collection on the same day.

Can I receive my online purchases?

Yes, we can. Please be sure to write the guest's full name, check-in date (room number if currently staying), and hotel name on the slip.

  • *Please refrain from sending cash, valuables, refrigerated or frozen items.
  • *As a general rule, we do not accept cash on delivery or COD shipments.
  • *We may refuse to accept large amounts of luggage.
Can you keep my valuables for me?

Yes, you can during your stay. Valuables will be sealed in a valuables bag and stored in the hotel safe. Please note that we may not be able to store your valuables depending on their size and value.

  • Some hotels provide safes in the rooms.
After checking out, I have made a reservation for another stay. Is it possible to store my luggage during that time?

Yes, it is possible.

  • *Depending on the size and situation of the hotel, it may be difficult to keep your luggage, so please contact the front desk in advance.
Can I pay for my stay when I check out?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our hotel requires payment at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellation policy

Please note that if you cancel your reservation, you will be charged the cancellation fee as follows:

General (individual) customers

  • ・If you do not show up without contacting us: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • ・Cancellation on the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • ・Cancellation made the day before your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
  • ・Cancellation 2 days before the date of stay: 40% of the accommodation fee

Groups (10 or more people)

  • ・For group customers, please contact us by phone.

Restaurant Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you cancel your restaurant reservation, you will be charged the following cancellation fee.

General (individual) customers

  • ・If you do not show up without contacting us: 100% of the reservation fee
  • ・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the reservation fee
  • ・Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the reservation fee

However, in the case of special arrangements such as individual adjustments based on prior consultation, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged from 7 days prior to the reservation date. In addition, if you are reserving only a seat, the following prices will be charged. The prices shown are per person and include tax.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there are (excluding Tokyo Shinjuku, Tokyo Jimbocho, Tokyo Ueno Okachimachi, Tokyo Hamamatsucho, Tokyo Hibiya, Osaka Umeda, and Kobe Sannomiya). For guests staying at the hotel, the fee from check-in to check-out is 2,310 yen per night (2,500 yen for Tokyo Ariake). Advance phone reservations * are required.   • *Reservations are not required for Tokyo Roppongi, Tokyo Ariake, and Village Izukogen.
  • *Village Izukogen is free of charge.
  • *Village Kyoto is an affiliated parking lot (1,650 yen). There is a limit to the number of spaces (reservation required).
  • * inumo shibakoen has a parking lot at the hotel and an affiliated parking lot.
    Usage fees vary, so please contact us by phone for details. There is a limit to the number of cars available (reservations required).
  • *Prices include tax.
Can I exchange foreign currency?

This service is only available at Tokyo Ariake, Haneda Airport, and Tokyo Shiodome. Please use the automatic currency exchange machine located next to the front desk.
