Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Tamachi.

Due to the mandatory annual inspection of electrical equipment, there will be a power outage on the following dates.

Dates: November 14th (Sat), November 15th (Sun), 2026
Time: 9:00~20:00
 

Check-in/check-out times each day

For guests checking in on November 13th (Friday), check-in will be after 3 PM and check-out will be by 9 AM.

For guests checking in on November 14th (Saturday), check-in will be after 8 PM and check-out will be by 9 AM.

For guests checking in on November 15th (Sunday), check-in will be after 8 PM and check-out will be by 11 AM.
 

Breakfast provided
Breakfast on November 14th (Sat) and 15th (Sun) will be served from 6:30 AM (opening time) to 8:00 AM (last entry) and closing time to 8:30 AM.

 

Please also note the following points:

1. You will not be able to stay in the building during the inspection.

2. Televisions, refrigerators, computers, and all other electrical equipment are not available for use. In particular, please turn off all electronic devices such as computers.

3. Elevators within the building will also be suspended.

4. Please note that we do not offer extensions of your stay, early check-in, or day use on the day of your stay.

5. Hot and cold water facilities in the building and guest rooms cannot be used.

6. Parking is not available.

7. We cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
