2025.03.01[Important] Annual Power Outage Notice: Saturday, January 24th, 2026 and Sunday, January 25th, 2026

 Dear Customers,

Thank you for your continued patronage of Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Shiodome.
Due to the statutory annual inspection of electrical equipment, there will be a power outage in the entire building on the following dates and times.

schedule:2026year1Saturday, March 24th,125th of the month (Sunday)

Time: 11:00～19:00

Location: Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Shiodome

Please also note the following points:

１.　Guests will not be allowed to stay inside the building during the inspection.

２.　All electrical equipment, including televisions, refrigerators, computers, etc., cannot be used. Please turn off all electronic devices, especially computers.

３.　The elevators in the building will also be suspended.

４.　Please note that we do not accept extensions of stay or early check-ins on the day of your arrival.

５.　Hot and cold water facilities in the building and guest rooms cannot be used.

６.　1Check-in for stays on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th20After that, check-out will be by 10am.

７.　1month 24Sun (Sat) and 25day(Breakfast on Sundays will be served from 6:30 to 9:00.。

8. Parking is not available.

9. We cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
