Information Security Basic Policy

Sumitomo Realty & Development Group's Information Security Basic Policy

The Group recognizes the importance of information security, including cybersecurity, and will continue to strengthen and improve its information security initiatives in order to maintain social trust in its business activities and achieve sustainable improvements in corporate value.

1. Information Security Management System

The Group has established a department in charge of information security and will endeavor to identify risks and take measures against them.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Group will comply with laws, regulations, and other social norms related to information security.

3. Management of Information Assets

Based on the information management regulations, the Group will properly manage personal information and other information assets held by the company and strive to prevent the leakage, loss, and unauthorized use of such information.

4. Information security education and awareness-raising

The Group will continuously educate and raise the awareness of its executives and employees so that they are aware of the importance of properly managing information assets and can acquire the necessary knowledge and judgment.
