2026.09.15≪Important≫ Annual Power Outage Notice (September 29, 2026)

 Dear Customers,

Thank you for your continued patronage of Villa Fontaine Tokyo Otemachi.
 
Due to the statutory annual inspection of electrical equipment, the entire building will be subject to a power outage on the following dates and times.
 
Please take note of the following points.

【schedule】Tuesday, January 13, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 9:00 PMyear 9month 29day(fire)  

【time】 11:00～15:00
*Please note that the event may be extended or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. 

[Location] Villa Fontaine Tokyo Otemachi entire building

1 Guests will not be allowed to stay inside the building during the inspection.

2 All electrical equipment, including televisions, refrigerators, computers, etc., cannot be used. Please turn off all electronic devices, especially computers.

3 Please note that we do not accept extensions of stay or early check-ins on the day of your arrival.

4 Hot and cold water facilities in the building and guest rooms cannot be used.

*We are unable to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

*For guests staying multiple nights, please note that we will turn off the refrigerator and other appliances during this time.

*Due to the high-voltage switching work, there is a possibility that TV reception and hot/cold water pressure may be affected. Please be aware of this in advance.
