05/13/2025 【Important】Notice of Annual Power Outages

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you very much for staying with us at Hotel Villa Fontaine GRAND Tokyo Roppongi.

Please be informed that due to the required inspection for the electrical system of the hotel building, we will experience a temporary power outage in all areas of the hotel during the period below.

5th (Sun),10th (Fri),11th (Sat) & 12th (Sun) October , 2025

Please take note of the following points on the day of the power outage.

* The time and content of the power outage details will vary depending on the date.

Please contact the hotel for details.

・You will not be able to stay in the building during a power outage

・All electrical equipment, water, and hot water will be unavailable to use.

・Late check-out and early check-in will not be allowed.

・We will not be able to store your luggage after check-out.

・Elevators in the building and elevators and escalators in Izumi Garden Tower will be stopped

・Breakfast will not be available

・Parking will not be available
