​Yes, you can stay overnight. Please bring a certificate issued by a veterinarian on the day of your stay.

​Are there any dog breeds that cannot be accommodated?

​We do not allow dogs weighing over 40 kg or fighting dog breeds to stay at the hotel.
In addition, even if your dog weighs less than 40 kg, some services may not be available depending on its size and physical condition.

​We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any animals other than dogs.

​How many dogs can stay?

​Up to two pets are included in the accommodation fee, but a third pet will incur an additional 7,000 yen (tax included). We will not allow guests with four or more pets to stay.

​If I have reserved two rooms, can I stay in one of them without my dog?

​This is possible as long as there is at least one dog in either room.

​Can my dog sleep on the bed?

​There is no problem as long as you wear etiquette wear.

​Can I leave my dog in the guest room while I'm away?

​If you leave your pet in the guest room while you are away, there is no problem as long as you put it in a playpen.
There is a storage space on the basement floor, so please feel free to use it.

​Do I need a crate or cart inside the building?

​No, as long as your dog is on a leash. We also have carts available for free rental.

​The dimensions are 65cm length x 120cm width x 75cm height. There is also space available for medium and large dogs.
