QDo I need proof of vaccinations etc?
AWhen checking in, we ask that you present proof (a copy is acceptable) that your dog has been vaccinated against rabies and viral diseases (a combination vaccine of 5 or more species) within the past year, so please bring this with you.
QCan I stay with a vaccine grace period certificate?
AYes, you can stay overnight. Please bring a certificate issued by a veterinarian on the day of your stay.
QAre there any dog breeds that cannot be accommodated?
AWe do not allow dogs weighing over 40 kg or fighting dog breeds to stay at the hotel.
In addition, even if your dog weighs less than 40 kg, some services may not be available depending on its size and physical condition.
QCan I stay with animals other than dogs?
AWe kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any animals other than dogs.
QHow many dogs can stay?
AUp to two pets are included in the accommodation fee, but a third pet will incur an additional 7,000 yen (tax included). We will not allow guests with four or more pets to stay.
QIf I have reserved two rooms, can I stay in one of them without my dog?
AThis is possible as long as there is at least one dog in either room.
QCan my dog sleep on the bed?
AThere is no problem as long as you wear etiquette wear.
QCan I leave my dog in the guest room while I'm away?
AIf you leave your pet in the guest room while you are away, there is no problem as long as you put it in a playpen.
There is a storage space on the basement floor, so please feel free to use it.
QDo I need a crate or cart inside the building?
ANo, as long as your dog is on a leash. We also have carts available for free rental.

QWhat amenities are available?
AWe have a wide selection of amenities for owners and dogs. Rental equipment is also available.

QWhat services are included in the accommodation fee?
AThis includes shampooing and grooming, boarding service during your stay, an indoor dog run, a dog kitchen, and breakfast for both dog and owner.

QCan grooming be booked in advance?
AReservations can be made at check-in or in advance. If you would like to make a reservation in advance, please contact the hotel directly after making your reservation.

QCan I use the dog boarding service before check-in and after check-out?
AYes, you can use it from 6:00 to 23:00 on the check-in date to the check-out date.
QCan I make a reservation for the storage service?
AWe do not accept reservations. We will only accommodate you on the day of your request based on availability.
QWhat is the size of the cages for the check-in service?
AThe dimensions are 65cm length x 120cm width x 75cm height. There is also space available for medium and large dogs.
QAre there any plans available without staying overnight?
AWe offer day trip plans. Please contact the store for details.
QCan I use the restaurant as an outside visitor?
AYes, you can. You do not need to bring your dog with you to the restaurant.
QDoes the restaurant cater to pet owners with allergies?
AWe can avoid providing ingredients that you are allergic to, but we cannot completely separate the knives, cutting boards, etc.
QCan you cater to allergies for dogs at your restaurant?
AWe cannot exclude certain ingredients, but we can show you the ingredients, so please let us know.
QAre all dog meals free?
AOnly breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost, so please choose from the menu at the restaurant on the day.

QWhere is the parking lot located and are there any height restrictions?
AThere is a flat parking lot next to the hotel and an affiliated multi-story parking lot near the hotel.

QHow much is early check-in and late check-out?
AThe price is 5,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour.
