Regarding amenities, we will be introducing an "amenity buffet" system.
We aim to reduce plastic usage together with our customers by allowing them to choose "only what they need, in the amount they need."
- *Amenities are permanently provided in guest rooms at Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport, Villa Fontaine Grand Osaka Umeda, Villa Fontaine Kobe Sannomiya, and inumo shibakoen.
At our Grand stores, we will gradually replace some of the amenities used in guest rooms with eco-friendly amenities.

Promoting eco-friendly cleaning
We are working together with our guests to reduce CO2 emissions by reducing the amount of energy used for cleaning and laundry. As an environmentally friendly initiative, for guests staying two nights or more, we will not clean the room or change bed sheets, but will change towels and collect trash.
In addition, from the perspective of hygiene management, we will carry out full cleaning once every three days.
