General Employer Action Plan

In order to create a workplace environment where our employees can work comfortably and demonstrate their abilities to the fullest, we have formulated the following general employer action plan.

1. Planning period

From April 1, 2025
March 31, 2027 (2 years)

2. Content

Goal 1

  • ・Aim for 100% of men to take childcare leave (including our own childcare leave).
  • - Support employees who have taken childcare leave to return to work smoothly.

countermeasure

  • - From April 2025, as part of efforts to raise awareness of the system, male employees who have given birth will be individually informed about how to use the system.
  • -From April 2025, interviews will be mandatory for employees returning from childcare leave.
  • - From April 2025, we will provide guidance to managers on understanding and promoting childcare leave.

Goal 2

  • - The average overtime hours per month will be 12 hours or less.

countermeasure

    Long time
  • - From April 2025, training on reducing long working hours will be provided to all employees.
  • - From April 2025, overtime hours will be compiled on a regular basis, and departments with the most overtime hours will be made visible.
    Instruct managers to consciously reduce overtime work.

Goal 3

  • - Support the development of a career image that allows employees to continue working while experiencing life events such as childbirth and child-rearing.

countermeasure

  • - From April 2025, in addition to explaining systems such as maternity and childcare leave, we will also introduce the experiences of employees who have actually taken maternity and childcare leave and hold discussions with those who wish to do so.
    As for methods, we will consider participatory briefing sessions, roundtable discussions, video distribution, etc. and implement them.
