We will guide you through the venue and facilities, and propose the best plan that combines hotels according to your requests.

Tentative reservation
You can reserve your desired venue for one week.

Application for use
We will provide you with an "Application Form" and "Terms of Use." Please confirm the "Terms of Use," fill in the necessary information on the "Application Form," stamp it, and return it to us.

Reservation confirmation
Please note that cancellation fees will be charged once a reservation is confirmed.

Preparation for the event
A representative will contact you prior to the event.
Please discuss with us the necessary equipment on the day and advance delivery. -

You will be asked to sign a "Use Time Notification" when entering and leaving the facility.
Please stop by the venue reception. -
Payment of facility usage fees
We will send you an invoice for facility usage fees. Please transfer the payment by the specified due date on the invoice.
Transfer fees will be borne by the user.
