・Please bring your indoor wear from your room.
・Children cannot use the facility alone.
・Those who are at risk of having an infectious disease cannot use the facility.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bathroom.
・Do not put towels in the bathtub.
・Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the baths.
・Do not put bath salts or similar items in the bathtub.
・Avoid bathing immediately before or after a meal. Bathing after drinking alcohol is especially dangerous.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
・If you do not use the service without contacting us: 100% of the usage fee
・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the usage fee
・Cancellation on the previous day: 50% of the usage fee
・Cancellation 2 days in advance: 40% of the usage fee
