Precautions for the entire facility

  • ・Please bring your indoor wear from your room.

  • ・Children cannot use the facility alone.

  • ・Those who are at risk of having an infectious disease cannot use the facility.

  • ・Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bathroom.

  • ・Do not put towels in the bathtub.

  • ・Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the baths.

  • ・Do not put bath salts or similar items in the bathtub.

  • ・Avoid bathing immediately before or after a meal. Bathing after drinking alcohol is especially dangerous.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.

  • ・If you do not use the service without contacting us: 100% of the usage fee

  • ・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the usage fee

  • ・Cancellation on the previous day: 50% of the usage fee

  • ・Cancellation 2 days in advance: 40% of the usage fee
