Each dish is carefully prepared using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, such as an elegant dish that reflects the season, featuring seasonal menuke fish in a bean paste adorned with the color of chrysanthemums, complemented by the soft sweetness of turnip, or grilled Matsusaka beef, which has a rich flavor and is fragrantly grilled and served with fragrant Daikoku maitake mushrooms.
