Miki House Childcare Research Institute Co., Ltd. certifies hotels, inns, hot spring resorts, and other facilities that are safe for families with babies and children as "Welcome Baby Inns." We encourage the spread of facilities that are child-friendly, and support mothers and children so that they can enjoy outings and leisure activities more easily.
Sumitomo Fudosan Villa Fontaine currently has three hotels certified as "Baby Welcome Hotels." We will continue to strive to operate hotels that families with children can use with peace of mind.
The certification criteria consist of 100 items, which were created based on the opinions of mothers and research by experts. A "certification mark" is awarded when 70 of the 100 items are met, by improving both the hard aspects such as facilities and the soft aspects such as customer service and service menus.
A dedicated certification specialist from MIKI HOUSE Childcare Research Institute will conduct an on-site inspection, including an overnight stay, and the decision on whether to grant certification will be made based on an objective evaluation by a third party.
