This service is available to everyone, from customers traveling by Shinkansen from distant locations to those visiting the Tokyo/Ginza area for sightseeing.
When boarding the hotel shuttle bus, please show the screen that confirms your hotel reservation.

● Wheelchair users
There are steps at the bus entrance, so wheelchair users cannot board the bus.
If you are using a folding wheelchair or if you are able to board the bus by yourself, you can board the bus by storing your wheelchair in the trunk.
●About baggage
Baggage that cannot be carried on your lap will be stored in the trunk.
* Carry-on cases will be stored in the trunk.
The carry-on luggage that can be checked in is the standard carry-on size.

Thickness: 25cm or less
Total of three sides: within 115cm
Total weight within 10kg
●There is a limit to the number of passengers allowed. As it is on a first-come, first-served basis, you may not be able to board if the bus is full.
