We operate a shuttle bus that can be used by guests staying at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake.
*The following ① is available only to guests staying at the hotel.

● Wheelchair users
There are steps at the bus entrance, so wheelchair users cannot board the bus.
If you are using a folding wheelchair or if you are able to board the bus by yourself, you can board the bus by storing your wheelchair in the trunk.
●About baggage
Baggage that cannot be carried on your lap will be stored in the trunk.
* Carry-on cases will be stored in the trunk.
The carry-on luggage that can be checked in is the standard carry-on size.
