Asakusa and Sensoji Temple

The gigantic red lantern of Kaminarimon Gate at Senso-ji Temple leaves a lasting impression. The same characters used in the name “Senso-ji” are used for Asakusa, which was the domain of Senso-ji Temple until the Edo period.
