We have prepared a menu that will brighten your mood and is perfect for spring.

All Day Dining Grand Aile restaurant on the first floor of the hotel will be offering a limited-time spring menu from Sunday, March 1, 2026 to Sunday, May 31, 2026.
 
 
 
Sakura shrimp and broad bean saffron risotto (lunch)
 
 
 
Roasted Sakuradai with Cherry Blossom White Wine Sauce (Dinner)
 
 
For lunch, we recommend the "Sakura Shrimp and Broad Bean Saffron Risotto," made with Italian rice (Carnaroli). Enjoy the soft spring colors of the pink of the sakura shrimp, the green of the broad beans, and the yellow of the saffron.
The chef's recommended dish for dinner is "Roasted Sakuradai with Cherry Blossom White Wine Sauce."
This spring-like dish features roasted cherry snapper, topped with a white wine sauce made with cherry liqueur and cherry leaves, and served in a small frying pan. Garnished with cherry shrimp and Brussels sprouts, it's a truly delicious dish.
