"Haneda Airport Garden," where "Villa Fontaine Haneda Airport" is located, is not only conveniently connected to Haneda Airport's Terminal 3, but is also a complex that houses the "Izumi Tenku no Yu Haneda Airport" natural hot spring with a view on the top floor, an event hall, conference rooms, a bus terminal, as well as commercial facilities such as restaurants and a shopping area.
Making the most of its location directly connected to the airport, we are working to create sustainable value centered on the facility, aiming to provide a special experience for all customers, from inbound tourists and business people to those traveling domestically, on business trips, and on day trips, by making the most of the potential of the location and improving convenience for international passengers and creating a new hub for creating excitement that contributes to international exchange and urban tourism.
The highest rating was awarded to the facility in recognition of its outstanding consideration for the environment and society, its extremely high disaster prevention capabilities and safety, its proactive adoption of various energy-saving facilities and equipment, as well as ancillary facilities and management services that consider the comfort and convenience of users, thereby achieving a high level of both reduced environmental impact and user satisfaction, and its strength in centralized management and operation by the owner and operator, which is expected to lead to further operational improvements in the future.
