About reservations

QI was given a different price every time I inquired.
AOur hotel operates a variable rate system, and the price we can offer you will vary depending on the availability of rooms at the time of your inquiry.
QDo the prices displayed in hotel reservations include consumption tax and service charges?
AAll prices include consumption tax. Our hotel does not charge a service fee.
QCan you tell me about the child rates?
AChildren in elementary school and above will be treated the same as adults.
Children under elementary school age stay free of charge if sharing existing beds. Breakfast is also free.
*Each room has a maximum number of guests. Please contact the hotel regarding the maximum number of guests allowed in each room.

Check-in and check-out

QCan I check in early or extend my check-out time?
ANormally, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in (from 12:00) and extended check-out time (until 14:00) are available for the following additional fees.

1 person per room / 1,760 yen per hour
2 people per room / 2,310 yen per hour
3 people per room / 2,860 yen
4 people per room / 3,410 yen

*Check-in before 12:00 and check-out after 15:00 will be charged for one night.
*Early check-in and late check-out may not be available depending on the reservation status before and after. If you wish to use these services, please be sure to contact the hotel reservation staff in advance. *Prices include tax.
QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
AYes, it is possible. If you check in before, we can only keep it from the day before. If you check out after, we can only keep it on the day of check-out.
QCan I store refrigerated or frozen items?
AWe cannot accept refrigerated or frozen items.

About accommodation

QAre there extra beds available?
AAvailable in some rooms (charges apply).
QDo you have a crib?
AYes, we do have them available. Please let us know in advance as numbers are limited.
QIs room service available?
AVilla Fontaine Premier is available only at Haneda Airport.
QI use a wheelchair. Are there any rooms that are wheelchair accessible?
AVilla Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport: Two rooms available.
Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport: We have spacious rooms with fewer steps, so please make a reservation in advance.
QCan I invite a friend into my room?
APlease refrain from meeting visitors in your room. Please use the lobby.
QShould I leave my key at the front desk when I go out during my stay?
AYou may keep it during your stay and return it when you check out.
QWhere is the restaurant for breakfast? Can I make a reservation?
AYou can enjoy your meal at the restaurants listed below. Unfortunately, we are unable to take reservations.

QI'm not staying at the hotel, but can I still have breakfast?
ANon-staying guests can also use the facility.
QCan I use the internet in the room?
AFree Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) internet service is available in the lobby and guest rooms.
Wired LAN is also available in the guest rooms.
QCan I receive my online purchases?
AYes, we do. Please be sure to write the guest's full name, check-in date (room number if currently staying), and hotel name on the slip.
*Please refrain from sending cash, valuables, refrigerated or frozen items.
*As a general rule, we do not accept cash on delivery or COD shipments.
*We may refuse to accept large amounts of luggage.
QCan you keep my valuables for me?
AThere is a safety deposit box in the room.
You can also leave your luggage at the cloakroom in the 4th floor lobby (only during your stay).
Please note that we may not be able to accept your valuables depending on their size and value.
QAfter checking out, I have made a reservation for another stay. Is it possible to store my luggage during that time?
AYes, it is possible, but we will only be able to store your luggage for a maximum of one month from the date of receipt.
QCan I pay for my stay when I check out?
AAt Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport, payment is required upon check-in.
QIs there a large public bath?
AThe hot spring baths are located on the 12th floor. Please come to the 6th floor from any floor and take the hot spring bath elevator to the 12th floor.

AA foreign currency exchange machine is available on the 4th floor lobby of Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport.
■Cancellation policy
APlease note that if you cancel your reservation, you will be charged the cancellation fee as follows:
・General (individual) customers
If you do not show up without contacting us: 100% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation on the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
Cancellations made the day before your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
Cancellations made 2 days prior to the date of stay: 40% of the accommodation fee

・Groups (10 or more people)
If you do not show up without contacting us: 100% of the accommodation fee
