As a special dish to enjoy this spring, we roasted marinated shoulder loin.
"Pork and bacon with white wine sauce" with cherry blossom flavor,
Seasonal vegetables such as rape blossoms, bamboo shoots, and asparagus are cooked to a crispy texture.
We offer dishes such as "Fritto Misto with White Fish and Various Vegetables."
